What should we pay attention to when using the divider drip?
The dividing strip drip trough is a plastic trunking or a pink concave line embedded in the upper and lower corners of the outer wall to cut off the rainwater on the outer wall and prevent the rainwater from flowing in. 1、 Material requirements (construction according to drawing requirements) are generally selected as follows:
1. Cement: slag of 32.5 and above or ordinary cement, with the same color, should choose a batch number.
2. Sand: medium sand, with a uniform particle size of 0.35-0.5mm. The sand particles are required to be clean and free of clay, grass roots, and other organic harmful substances. The sand shall pass a sieve with a diameter of 5mm before use.
2、 Construction preparation:
1. Before plastering, check whether the orientation of the door and window frame is correct and whether the connection with the wall is robust.
2. Check the personnel door, window opening, parapet coping and other parts in advance, and handle the parts with severe missing corners and edges or thick plastering in advance to prevent thick plastering at one time.
3. Check the external scaffold before plastering, and recover the loose tie points in time.
4. The dust, dirt and oil stains on the surface of the wall and beam body shall be cleaned and watered.
5. The sample shall be made first, and the construction shall be arranged after the judgment.
3、 Quality requirements:
1. The dividing strip drip tank shall be regular and straight, and the width and depth shall not be less than 10mm.
2. The surface shall be smooth, clean, uniform in color, free of smear lines, line corners, and gray lines shall be straight, clear and beautiful.
3. The windows, door frames and walls shall be filled tightly, and the dimensions of holes, grooves and boxes shall be correct, square, regular and lubricated.
4. The data shall be of high quality, and the plastering layer and the base layer shall be firmly bonded without delamination, hollowing, cracks and mortar explosion.
